Running away from your problems won't do you any good, and so the purpose of this work that you're doing is to help you get better at enjoying your life while you figure out how to solve your problems. 1. Find somewhere to sit comfortably 2. Begin by inhaling deeply, and when your lungs are full of breath, squeeze every part of your body as hard as you can (without hurting yourself) and hold for 5 to 10 seconds. 3. When you're ready, exhale and feel ALL the tension disappear. 4. Repeat this practice for five minutes while maintaining the intention of discharging unwanted stress and solving your problems in the meantime.
