Allow yourself to feel your feelings without judgment in a safe and controlled environment. For today's practice, you'll need a pillow and a space to be alone for a few minutes. 1. Think of something that has caused you pain in the past and imagine releasing all that pain into the pillow. 2. You can punch the pillow, scream into the pillow, or cry into the pillow. The key is to let yourself FEEL to HEAL. 3. When you're done, give yourself a big hug and affirm, "It is safe to feel."
