Begin by sitting comfortably, taking a deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth, committing to being present, and giving this practice your full attention. You may massage your hands, you may notice their texture, you may gently stroke each finger, and you can even verbally thank them for enabling you to do so many wonderful things in your life.
